Available Automatic Emergency Steering can help you avoid a collision by providing automatic steering and pre-collision braking support if it determines there’s enough space to intervene8.

The 2024 Ascent is built on the Subaru Global Platform, which uses high-strength steel for enhanced crash safety, long-lasting quality, and a quieter cabin. Working with our award-winning EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, the DriverFocus system is available to give a helpful alert if a driver becomes distracted or drowsy11. For added convenience, DriverFocus can also recognize up to five different drivers and remember their preferences, including seat position, climate settings, and outside mirror position.
